The fact that wen they are running late, they let you know.

The registrars 'bedside manner': he said very little during the consultation. Greeted me with "Well?" I oviously didn't give hime the answer he wanted as he said "I'm not asking you about that." Obviously, I am expected to mind-read! He also sent me off and when making the next appt I realised I didn'y have enough medication for that lehgth of time, so had to wait for him yo sign a script. But perhaps the worse thing was that he was chewing the whole time.

Anything else?

Pharmacy hours need reviewing - also you can'y find the opening hours anywhere online.
