"Difficult time made pleasant at Heartlands Hospital"

(as the patient),

All the staff and nurses were very polite and caring. All or most needs are met with prompt attention. Doctors and theatre went well. Can't help feeling that systems can hold up the supply of certain items e.g. tablets prescribed in terms of timing. Otherwise made a difficult time very pleasant.
