My partner was a patient on the Cardiology Ward for 2weeks prior to heart surgery at another hospital.

He was not informed by the Nursing staff of what was happening to him at all,the Staff never did what they said they would do,they always said they would be back later,which never happened.they seemed more interested in talking about their private lives in front of patients.

The sister in charge clearly lacked leadership skills,she showed no compassion towards her patients at all.
