My son had an accident and staff didn't answer when he rang for them for water.
A man dirtied himself in the bed next to my son and despite the man and my son both ringing for help no one came. They left a used sick bowl beside him and a dirty dressing all day and then he had respiratory arrest and his dad had to go and find help because nobody answered when we rang for them.
