What I liked

I was admitted as a day patient last Friday, 20/04/2012, to Royal Preston Hospital for a minor surgical procedure involving a general anaesthetic. I consider the treatment I received to be of the highest clinical standard, but more than that, I felt that I was treated with respect, consideration and courtesy at all times by all staff, and dealt with as an individual, despite the fact that the wards were very busy at that time. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff on wards 1 and 3, the theatre staff and the day care unit staff. I cannot praise them too highly.
