What I liked
Professional approach at Chedworth suite by the consultant's staff.
Treatment rapid when there was some doubt about the cause of illness.
Dignity of patient was foremost throughout.
They just simply knew what they were doing - most reassuring.
From the first meeting with a nurse at the local surgery, through to the doctor at the surgery, to the staff responsible for scans (at Gloucester Royal), to the consultant's staff who I met for consultation, to the nurse and senior staff in urology at Cheltenham responsible for carrying out a flexible cystoscopy - all treatment was joined up and highly professional.
The NHS in Cheltenham ROCKS !! Well done all.
What could be improved
Other than the layout of Cheltenham hospital which I still find to be a confusing nightmare - NOTHING
Anything else?
Well done particularly to the consultant's staff.
