What I liked

All the staff are friendly but also professional.

All NHS hospitals should strive to attain the very high standard of care provided by the Royal Derby Hospital.

What could be improved

Rather a long 8 hour wait in the Day case unit before my operation.

Anything else?

I should like to thank the anaesthetist, the theatre staff & all the staff of the Day case unit who cared for me on the 14th February this year.

All my concerns were fully addressed & I have been discharged from the out patient clinic having made a full recovery.
