"Having my bloods taken by Carla"

I unfortunately have exceptionally bad veins, however Carla always manages to get blood. She remains calm and proffessional at all times, she doesn't get flustered if not sucessful first time or give when others do and then pass you from person to person, always attentive and sympathetic to my difficulties.

Most importantly she listens to what I say with regard to the best place to find a vein where others will just ignore me and cause unnecessary pain. she has been looking after me for over 10 years and is a valuable asset and credit to her proffesion.
