What I liked

I went for a liver biopsy and spent the day on Ward 16.

The liver biopsy was carried out with the utmost efficiency, care and professionallism.

I was well looked after on the ward following my liver biopsy, by a nursing team that clearly cared about doing a good job.

What could be improved
