What I liked

Being treated as a special individual, not just another 'case', and addressed with courtesy throughout my visit, which was to Day Surgery.

'Pre' and 'after' care was informative, most helpful and extremely thorough.

'Follow-up' care was made with respect and kindness.

What could be improved

I was more than satisfied and happy with my treatment from beginning to end.

From the sublime to the ridiculous, the wheels on the chair I used were very wonky indeed, but apart from a few near misses in the corridors (propelled by my husband who drives in similar fashion), not a problem of any consequence.
