"Incorrect Info From Your Receptionist"

I phoned today to request a repeat prescription for my son's E45 cream as I have done in the past.Was told that this was incorrect and it could only be done in the surgery or online. I was then given the email address so I could do it online.

I have logged on to your site to find out that I need a password and username from the surgery.

Why was I not told this information at the time?

Another day wasted with out a prescription!
