"happy nursing staff very helpfull"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

What I liked

ward 14 great nursing staff if very overworked there was the dreaded "give me a min and ill be back" at times.buts thats due to cutbacks not there wanting not to help .

What could be improved

watching the cleaning staff wipe over tv and table then 2 window sill,s and my bed and my bedside table with no spray just the same cloth turned over again and again..would you do that at home??
