"Wasted time"

What could be improved

Unacceptable parking management. Why not prevent drivers from coming into the parking when it's full, rather than having them getting trapped inside whilst other drivers block the way, waiting for a free space? Besides, it creates unnecessary traffic jam affecting innocent drivers outside the hospital. Certainly in our days, and in a first world country like England, there are better ways of managing such a tiny car park.
