What I liked

I was immediately met on the Day Surgery Ward. All the staff involved fully informed me concerning the proceedure that was planned to be carried out. Throughout the day I was highly impressed with the care and professionalism of all the staff.

What could be improved

I was fully satisfied with the care I received throughout the day
