What I liked

my father was admitted on thu 19/4/12 and discharged on 20/4/12 well taken care by all staff.

A&E and ward staff . Unfortunately he was readmitted for same illness on Sun 22/4/12 and discharged on 24/4/12

Just a small note to say thank you for taking good care of 90 year old patient

What could be improved

car parking space limited

We are very pleased you were happy with the care your father received, we are also pleased you were happy with the staff, treatment and service we provided,

We have now made improvements on the car parking facilities for patients and visitors.

We will forward your feedback to the department manager who will share them with the rest of the team.
