everything,the wards were disgusting and they smelt of urine.the whole hospital needs to have a good clean from top to bottom

i was admitted to hillingdon hospital september last year and i was on marina ward,the staff during the day were ok,but the staff at night were extremely rude if you wanted something they would come to the entrance of the bay and say im busy i will come back,more times than not they didnt return.there was one staff nurse on marina ward whom i found offensive,uncaring and very rude, they were taking my blood pressure and i asked if it was ok and the reply i got was yeah you will live,i was mortified and the following day i reported them to the ward manager who never did take any action.
