What I liked

I was admitted into the Endoscopy unit today.

I felt the that i needed to say a big thank you not only the doctor, but also his team.

From the moment I entered the department the service was first class. The man on reception was extremely friendly and all the nurses were amazing.

As someone who is nervous of going into hospital, I was put at ease and treated extremely kindly by all. I was involved and talked through all the procedures, which helped to eas my nerves.

The department and hospital has a lovely atmosphere and was extremely clean.

I would like to thank all the team in the Endoscopy department. You really are what is great about the NHS!
