one nurse really good very thorough one health carer exellent profesional humrous helpf ull caring like no other Nothing was too much trouble. his comment if you dont ask you cant have if you ask ill try my best what more could any one ask and to think i considered going private

Many thanks for your positive comments. Patient’s feedback is essential to the Trust in order for us to improve our services for all our users.

Your comments about the Health Care Assistants and the training of day staff will be passed on to the wards.

It is always encouraging for staff to have positive feedback and is a boost to morale but improvements also need to be recognised.
