What I liked

My husband was dreading attending the hospital for a cystoscopy. However the unpleasant procedure was made tolerable by the kindness and consideration of the staff.

Although this is a routine procedure to the staff and they must treat many patients, they still managed to make my husband feel important and cared for. They recognised his anxiety and did all they could to make him feel as comfortable as possible.

We were struck by the positive team spirit throughout the department.
