What I liked
I have never experienced such a clean, highly organised and calm hospital environment. All of the staff from the receptionists, surgeon, nurses etc were all highly professional, pleasant and made you feel relaxed. Appointments were coordinated to save time and travelling and I was treated with respect and dignity. I could not fault anything at Shepton Mallet Treatment Centre. More of these hospitals are needed!
