What I liked

from the moment the ambulance arrived the care my son received was outstanding. Preserving his life in A and E, looking after him in the children's ward, feeding him and playing with him. Everyone was amazing.

We always strive to ensure our patients receive high quality care so it is a pleasure to read such positive comments. Our paediatric environment and staff in the Emergency Department all work hard to ensure children and families have a 'good' experience by spending time playing and talking and distracting from the 'pain' when appropriate.
