Attended for a chest x ray. I was seen exactly on time. Process took just 5 mins, staff were very polite. Great service as I got an appointment the day after I rang
So why are they spoiling the service by making us ring for an appointment only between 1400 and 1600 M -F? Phone was always engaged took 10 attempts.
Silly to spoil a good service, I suspect reason is "efficiency savings" to cut staff costs.
What could be improved
Answer the phone!!
