What I liked
I visited the radiology department (not listed above). The radiologist was polite, charming, pleasant and efficient - very impressive.
What could be improved
I thought the manner of the reception staff - at the main reception & in the radiology department left much to be desired. Efficient yes but brusque to the point of rudeness. There was little or no queue so a welcome would not have gone amiss. Many people entering hopitals are anxious - they need to be put at their ease not made to feel like the next item on the production line.
The female toilets (main reception area) did not work - two did not flush! What does this say for cleanliness?
Little evidence of hand gel machines!
Anything else?
Parking - very difficult. Charges rise according to length of visit - who is responsible for a long stay & delays?
A nominal fixed charge is I suppose acceptable but any problems only add to anxiety & stress to patients & many visitors.
