My mother in law is on 5b.
Family are left to see to her toilet needs. Staff just give us a pad. She had a fall and no nursing staff told us, it was the MSW, and 4 days after her fall they have decided to give her a x-ray because she's complaining of pain in wrist, hip and back for which they were giving pain relief.
She's in her 80s but needs two to assist her now since the fall. We feel as if there is no compassion. Some staff don't even know her name, they have to look at her name on wall.
