What I liked

Having driven from Norfolk the previous day, when I woke last Saturday morning, two small blood filled sacs had appeared between my right eyeball and the lower lid. The receptionist correctly identified my home address within seconds of hearing my name and date of birth and within 5 minutes I had been interviewed by a nurse. After another short wait of approximatley 5 mniutes I was seen by the doctor who examined my eye, listened carefully to my explanations of the medicine regime I am currently prescribed and reassurd me that all would be well. A blood sample was taken to ensure that my Warfaring intake was correct and the doctor telephoned me 3 hours later to confirm that all was well. I cannot speak too highly of the care, considertion and professionalism of the 3 members of staff with whom I came into direct contact. Thank you all.
