What I liked
Attended for a bone density scan - a bit scary - but clinic reception guy was really helpful and friendly and nurse was lovely - very caring and reassuring and explained the result to me so I understood everything.
What could be improved
Nothing!
Anything else?
The appointment letter was really clear and helpful.
