"Complaint to the Chief Executive"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services

(as a relative),

I have today spoken to Kevin McGee, Chief Executive, about an issue at the hospital I was concerned about.

I just want to say how very impressed I was with being able to speak to him straight away, and also the manner in which he handled the complaint. He listened to everything I had to say and I felt the issue was dealt with in an excellent manner.

Thank you very much. Again, very impressed.

Thank you for your feedback.. Mr McGee has commented that he is pleased that you were satisfied with the the way in which your concerns were addressed, that your complaint was absolutely valid and the Trust has a duty to respond, accordingly.
