What I liked

I was in this hospital using the delivery suite of the maternity unit. From the moment we entered the hospital we were treated unbelievably well, I was offered a wheelchair as soon as I walked in thru the entrance at 1am and went to maternity triage where the midwife treated me with care. The anaesthetist was so kind and gentle while inserting my hand canula and we were transferred to delivery suite, the midwife introduced herself, I felt totally comfortable with her and she gave me amazing care and attention. I couldnt have asked for a better labour or midwife. The hygiene and care for myself and my baby were top notch.

My last delivery at this hospital was totally different and I was really worried about using their services again but they totally shone and myself and my partner were really pleased with all the care team did during labour and after.

I just wish the same care had been given thru my first delivery.
