What I liked

I attended the Accident and Emergency department with my Son in the early hours on Saturday 14th April.

My Son was triaged very quicky. The Doctor who assessed my Son carried out a very thorough and comprehensive clinical assessment. In particular he listened to my concerns and involved me in all aspects of the assessment process. I really felt that he went that extra mile to address my concerns and reassure me. My Son received excellent care and treatment.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff.
