Dear Sir or Madam.

I wish to express my total thanks and complete satisfaction with the treatment and experience I received at your hospital recently. I was a day patient in the hospital for the removal of my Gall Bladder.

The hospital was clean, as hospitals used to be clean many years ago - i.e. clinical and gleaming. The staff, all of them, were caring and gentle, and I couldn’t fault them in any respect.

My choice of your hospital over the option of JCUH was based upon previous visits to the other, where I was shocked at the dirty, I hesitate to use the word “unclean”, state of the place. Indeed I would have been ashamed if that amount of muck had been found in my home, let alone a hospital ward.

From the first visit at your out-patients department, where my throughput was completed within 45 minutes of arrival, having seen the surgeon, and the treatment agreed upon and an date set for the procedure, I was impressed and feel it only correct to let you know.

I would be very pleased if you could pass this letter onto the staff in the Day Unit, and the night staff too, who gave me such a positive experience under what could have been a traumatic experience.

Yours very sincerely,

Maggie Gee.

Anything else?

Would certainly choose this hospital wherever possible.
