(as the patient),

I had been worried about my problem prior to the appointment. The consultant put me at my ease. Explained everything I needed to know clearly. Also checked out other concerns I had. The clinic was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent service. All my anxieties were unfounded. Thank you.
