What I liked

the surgeons and dr very professionnals, had a c section .

excellent service by senior staff at chelsea and westminster

What could be improved

very poor practice in term of respecting privacy and dignity, had curtains pull out every seconds by nurses just after my c section keep closing curtains they keep open it each time,

nurses and midwifes need to develop the culture of carring attitudes

as an ethnic minority i didn't feel that i was treated in a manner that my right to privacy and dignity were valued, respected i felt completely dismissed when raising this issue of privacy and curtains being pulled out!

my privacy and dignity has been compromised and it is such a shame as it is a sign of poor practice in that field when planning patient care privacy and dignity should be given priority and be seen as important as given medicine.

staff at chelsea and wetminster hospital should be respectful of each patient individual needs including religious and cultural belief very disapointement about the insensitivity of some of their midwifes and nurses on the ward!
