Agree with previous rater, you book in at reception and then have your name taken again by a nurse with a clipboard who walks up and down in the waiting room calling out whose name have I not taken yet. Totally unprofessional, what is the point of booking in at reception. As in the ED there should be a board updating you on the very long wait times. Chairs very uncomfortable to sit in for long periods when you have broken bones. The whole experience lacks any feeling of compassion or care, the doctor I saw didn't even have my notes with him andi I had to explain everything again as he appeared to have no idea what I was there for, and this was a follow up. Why do they not have computer tablets or screens in the consulting rooms.
