"Excellent, lovely little cottage hospital."

What I liked

Everyone I came into contact with was kind and professional from reception to nursing staff and the anesthetist and surgeon who performed my operation. My day procedure was explained every step of the way and I was given good aftercare advice. The hospital made an appointment for my stitches to be removed on my behalf and even phoned the next day to see how I was doing. Absolutely excellent, better than going private!

What could be improved

An aftercare leaflet to refer to may have been useful as I was still quite out of it following my general anesthetic when aftercare was explained to me.
