What I liked

The Nursing staff were friendly and apologetic.

What could be improved

The Doctor hardly spoke to us.

Anything else?

Appointments were cancalled and not rebooked, My daughter is now under stress because her brace should have been removed months ago but they refuse to give her an appoiment ,
