What I liked

I have to say, That I have been 3 times to Fairfield Hospital now and have 2 follow up appointments,

From arriving in the out-patients clinic, I noticed that there was plenty of bottles of antiseptic around for you to use at your pleasure.

The person on the receptionist was very efficient at their job and courteous.

The waiting area and the rooms I had to visit was very clean, could not fault.

I have seen the rhumatologist, and the pain managment Doctors on a few occasions now, and I can say that on the times I have had to see them they took in what I had to say, and listened, and asked what course would be best for me to manage my condition.

Both the pain management and the rheumatologist specialist was excellent,

It is not easy going to visit any hospital , I have been visiting different ones for more than 20 years, when I looked into giving Fairfield as go.

I can honestlly say, I wish I had done it sooner.

A big thank-you from the bottom of my heart.

What could be improved

The only improvement that I could see is that I have trouble walking, so the hill is a little nightmare to encounter
