(as the patient),

I suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and I have flash backs to the causes and I take anti-depressants.

I have been in the mental health service as a patient for nearly 20 years and I have always found the service to be of great help. Although when I was being admitted on what seemed to be a regular basis, I found that I often felt that I couldn't cope without being an inpatient. The staff were also very helpful towards me.
