I have already posted how bad the children's ward is, but now have more to add.
My son broke his leg and was in traction. His bone was set wrong when he was finally put in his hip spica cast. He now has to keep going to the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital as his leg causes him to be unstable.
He suffers with extreme leg ache and when we tried to contact the doctor who dealt with him for a long time, we were told he was on study leave and finally told he was suspended.
I feel that between the doctor and the staff at Chase Farm hospital, they have caused ongoing pain to my child when they had the option to operate on his leg and chose not to. Now he will most likely have to have it broken and reset.
My son is also autistic and this will cause him great upset.
