I'm glad I didn't get referred to attend Derriford Hospital, Mount Gould is more convenient, easier to park, easier to navigate and less crowded. The staff have always been attentive and professional, and above all "smiley". I've come across some real "grumpies" in my time - thankfully they don't seem to be employed at Mount Gould!
