"Complete care and service that is above and beyond..."

What I liked

Could not have been more impressed with the care I received from the moment the ambulance staff scraped me up off the pavement to the aftercare and physio treatment I received. From the surgeons who operated on me to the gentleman who wheeled me to the xray room everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional.

What could be improved

Perhaps the attitudes of other patients would help considerably. I can imagine some patients could find things to complain about but they were the patients that struggled understanding just how busy the staff are, especially nurses who need to prioritise handing out pain medication to patients rather than dropping everything to help a lady rearrange her opticians appointment that was in a few weeks time. Which they did do incidently, after patients in pain were settled but I don't recall them getting any thanks for it.

A wonderful hospital where the staff deserve much more appreciation for the excellent jobs they do.
