What I liked

The triage nurse was very helpful, calm, and explained things really well. She insured I got a slot on the cubicles and after a while she came back to see that I was being seen. She was nice enough to look for my file and inform me that someone was to call me shortly.

The service was packed so they transfered me to UCC where the most amazing doctor took a lot of time with me with blood tests, phone calls to specialists, referring me, asking me all the questions, checking me properly with palpation and in the end she even gave me a call about my blood tests.

This was by far my best hospital experience. The doctor was impecable and I only just wished more could follow the example of that doctor after such a long shift on a bank holiday.

Thank you Dr. at the UCC and all of the rest at St. Thomas. :)

What could be improved

The receptionists seem to be way too harsh to everyone. They really are out of order sometimes but noone complains because we are in so much pain and we need their services....
