What I liked

Epsom A&E was busy (10th April 2012). My 81 year old mother had fallen and badly broken her left wrist. Right from the Triage Nurse, through X-ray to the Senior Nurses who manipulated/set the wrist, everyone was professional, caring and engaged with my mother's treatment.

I was hugely impressed. Well done to all Epsom's A&E professionals.

I am sorry to hear about your mother's fall, but pleased to hear you are so happy with the care she received. Our nurses, doctors and other staff work hard to provide the best possible care and it really helps to know what people think of the service they received (both positive and negative).

I have passed your comments on to the team involved, including those in x-ray and the fracture staff.

I hope your mother makes a speedy recovery.
