First experience of the New Victoria Hospital. I was very impressed with the whole of the area. I was due to attend and the staff overall were courteous and helpful. There appeared to be a high level of cleanliness. The building is very welcoming and one feels confident about the care that is due.

It means a great deal to staff to read these comments, and I am very grateful that you did so.

Once again please accept my thanks for sending us these comments. Staff involved in caring for you will be delighted that you appreciated the care provided to you. It can be a stressful experience coming to Hospital, and I am glad that the experience was as pleasant and reassuring as you described.
