What I liked

I was very impressed with the whole team in the Dermatology Dept. They were prompt courteous,friendly and professional . I have attended the Dept on a number of occasions over the past few years and also a private clinic suggested by NHS last year. I will definitely elect for the Dermatology Dept in future as I consider it outstanding in terms of the surgical procedure and overall experience .The Consultant was excellent in that he was very thorough; helpfully explained the whole procedure and diagnosis and he was able to conduct the surgical procedures that day which I was not necessarily expecting to be possible. His letter following pathology tests was again detailed and very helpful.
