What I liked
The staff were very reassuring and friendly and listened. Although the department was busy we didn't feel forgotten about.
Anything else?
I gave feedback on this site 1 month ago complaining it was dirty. Much improved today and I felt more confident with a small child, that he wouldn't stand on unclean floors.
