What could be improved

No examination or treatment given by the Dr seen. This has resulted in another trip to another hospital where i am now been given treatment for a serious injury which should have been treated at my visit to Carlisle hospital. The lack of treatment for the injury at carlisle will now cause me life long problems.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the poor experience you received at the Cumberland Infirmary last April and that you felt you did not receive an adequate examination or treatment in our A & E department.
