What could be improved
There was lack of working together between departments and while I was on D ward when I arrived at 2 pm at 10.45p.m at night all the patients were moved out to other wards so that the staff could be sent to Wigan. I found this most distressing and obviously put a lot of strain on the porters and remaining staff.
The food I also found to be well below standard, cheap white bread and rubber cheese sandwiches, very salty soup for lunch and what appeared to be tin veg with frozen meat steaks of sorts all very unappertizing and not very neutricious
"Excellent surgeons and after care would recomend..."
