I found the medical imaging staff at the reception desk to be so friendly and helpful. I had queries about getting my images on to CD-rom and they went out of their way to ask.
Once at the area i needed to be, there was a lady to tell me what was the procedure. It put me at ease.
There was water and refreshments available after the procedure.
