What I liked

We recently had a family bereavement but i have to say the Princess Royal Hospital treated them with the greatest respect and dignity, we couldn't have asked for more. Not only did they care for him they also made sure the family visiting were well looked after as we were there 24/7 for the last few days we had with him. I can not thank the Hospital staff on the ward enough for the time and care. I have personally written to show my gratitude to the Chief Executive at The Princess Hospital and Named the ward/ward staff involved because i don't think people are quick enough to thank them for there treatment where as people are very quick to complain and judge. Thank you once again.

What could be improved

The treatment the family received was 100% wouldnt change a thing
