What I liked

I was treated with utmost dignity and respect by hospital staff, they were never too busy for anything, even though they were frequently rushed off their feet.

What could be improved

Before being anaesthetised, I feel the process could've been explained to me in greater depth as it was quite scary having it done for the first time.
